Blonde pubic hair- not much?

So I dont have much pubic hair..and am naturally blonde. A friend says it's part of the job, is this true? Just a small patch and I trim often.. cleanliness and trimmed are my priorities.

I know some with black hair down there and they said it's alot..enough to braid! WTF do men find this attractive?

Blonde pubic hair- not much?

Is a shame that you don't have much, but at least don't shave the little you have, nothing like a blonde haired vagina

Blonde pubic hair- not much?

Err....they dont find lots of hair attractive generally. Go and look at some porn. Nearly all will be shaved - both men and women - so they can see what's going on more. That is what turns blokes on generally.

Blonde pubic hair- not much?

Neat, clean, and trimmed is the way to go... Or shaved. Braided is not something most men are really into. Go pick up a couple adult men's magazines and see for yourself what is considered "ideal". Keep in mind those women spend a LOT of money to look like that, so don't hold yourself completely to those standards... But the idea is there.

Blonde pubic hair- not much?

No baby you are fine!! Less is best!! Blonde is better!!!

Blonde pubic hair- not much?

more then we needed to know.

Blonde pubic hair- not much?

WTF is right.

Nobody needs to know about the hair on your vagina.

Enjoy the attention you obviously crave.

Blonde pubic hair- not much?

You are doing the right thing. Stay trimmed and clean. Blond hair is much finer than dark hair therefor it will appear that you have less. When you get older you can discuss this subject with your mate what is preferred clean cut or bald. I think a Forrest of hair is unattractive, just my opinion.

good luck finding your answer

Blonde pubic hair- not much?

Some men like a BUSH down there, some don't. I think totally bald looks disgusting. Having a few pubes LOOKS better, I think.

What are some things that I can do to help my hair grow, with out taking vitamins or other pills?

I have gotten braids put in so that I could let my hair rest and grow, but when I took them out, it seemed like my hair had goten shorter. However, it did get thicker. I was wondering if there was something I could do to get my hair to grow longer and thicker?

What are some things that I can do to help my hair grow, with out taking vitamins or other pills?

i presume you had micro braids, i hate them....yes they give the hair a rest from constant combing but they do a lot of damage in the process if not done right.

avoid blow drying and putting heat to it if possible(if it's relaxed definitely avoid it) i personally keep my hair moisturized with olive oil and it works for me. I've also just started massaging cayenne pepper and Olive oil on my hair in the morning and washing it out later that night, to promote growth. I'll give it a few months to see if it works if so i'll most definitely let you know.

protective hairstyles are good too, instead of putting micro or weave in your hair, braid your own hair in small braids or even twist it (i do this alot). it gives your hair a rest without all the stress of those tight braids.

but the best advice i could give you is, stay away from heat chemical relaxers and excessive combing, they can be very damaging. if your normal, hair grows about half an inch a month, the reason most don't notice the growth is because the hair breaks of because it's damaged.

What are some things that I can do to help my hair grow, with out taking vitamins or other pills?

well i heard from hair designers and stylists that if you were it down rather than up that it will grow faster

i also heard that for the people that do sports or that excercise if after your done sporting or excercising if you let the sweat on your hair until it drys then the nutrients will help your hair grow faster and maintain its healthy self...after it dries then you can take the shower

What are some things that I can do to help my hair grow, with out taking vitamins or other pills?

Use relaxers less as possible.

If possible switch to a lye relaxer.

Wash and condition the hair weekly with quality products ( I like the Creme of Nature, Doo Gro and, Pantene products).

Once a month get a protein treatment from a salon or use a good deep conditioner like Organic Root Stimulator Hair Mayonaise.

Eat healthy proteins fruits and vegetables.

Keep the ends trimmed at least every six or eight weeks.

Keep the hair and scalped well moisterized, but not greasy.

Don't use too much heat.

Wrap your hair with a satin cap.

Massage your scalp regularly.

Try not to be under stress.

This is a lot, but it worked for me. Don't be discouraged.

I'm thinking aabout getting micro braids- does anyone know a good brand of hair that i should u

I need a good brand that i can style- a price that wont rape my pockets- and comes in a range of wearable colors (something suitable for my caramel complexion) Oh! how many packs should i buy??

I'm thinking aabout getting micro braids- does anyone know a good brand of hair that i should use?

dont

I'm thinking aabout getting micro braids- does anyone know a good brand of hair that i should use?

I don't know, but when you find out let me know cause I want to get some before I go into labor

Synthetic (Animal) Hair?

Can anyone confirm that synthetic Korean hair used by beauty salons and stylists for length additions and braid styles is generally made of cat, dog and / or horse hair?

Synthetic (Animal) Hair?

well synthetic hair is made out of fibers and things, while if you buy some lower quality human hair it could be diluted with a mixture of animal and synthetic hair to lower the cost. i found an article in wikipedia that can help you.

Synthetic Hair

Synthetic hair is made of a wide array of different synthetic fibers. Synthetic hair, just as human hair, comes in weave (weft) and single strands for braids. Most stylists do not recommend using synthetic hair for weaving because it does not last as long as human hair because it tends to easily tangle and frizz out uncontrollably. However the quality of hair varies greatly, and if well maintained, synthetic hair can look as good as, if not better than human hair. Synthetic hair is much less expensive than human hair. The costs can range from $10.00 to $20.00 per package, depending on quality of hair, length, brand etc.

Heating appliances such as curling irons and straightening combs generally should not be used on synthetic hair. There are newer versions of synthetic hair from some brands that claim to allow styling with lower temperatures of heating appliances. Synthetic hair is usually shaped into styles by using the steam from boiling water to set the hair. This is primarily done for synthetic braids however with the huge array of curly and waved braid styles, the steam or boiling water method is almost redundant. Typically when the synthetic hair is shaped it's best not to change it too much because, as stated earlier, it will tangle and frizz out.

Human Hair

Most human hair used for weaves is derived from the continent of Asia (China, India, and to a very small degree, Southeastern Russia). People in the third world grow their hair for sale to specialty buyers who sell it to manufacturers. Lower-quality "human hair" extensions are often diluted with animal and synthetic hair to lower the price. Yak hair has all the properties of African/African American human hair and can be curled, permed, relaxed, and colored. Human hair is, however, more versatile than synthetic hair because it can be colored, relaxed, or curled with heating appliances just as one would do with his or her own hair. But, many people are allergic to yak hair so suppliers are using human hair treated to mimic the African/African American texture. As the weave wearer would want the hair to match the texture of his/her hair in its present condition (relaxed, curly, or straight), weave hair comes in a variety of textures: yaki (closely resembles relaxed African-American hair texture), silky (resembling very straight Asian hair), European texture hair straight (Europeans do not sell their hair, so called "European hair" comes from India and China), curly (ranges from tight corkscrew curls to the varying degrees of wavy), and crimped (very small, sharp waves). There are different grades of hair. The highest grade comes from young donors, is gently processed, careful not to damage the cuticles, and of "Remy" designation. Remy means the hair's cuticles are facing the direction in which they grew. Poorly processed hair can also be Remy. Let the buyer beware.

The same maintenance that one would apply to his or her own hair should be applied to the human hair to keep it in good condition.

High quality 100% human hair is more expensive than hair mixed with other materials (synthetic hair is most common).

i hope this helps you out.

Help i need my hair to grow quick?

i recently got my hair cut about an inch. my mom made me a promise that if my hair is long enough [ about 2 inches] i can get it braided which i really need. i have untill late august for it to grow because im starting high school. and dont tell me not to worry about my hair because people have been making fun of mine my whole life. please gice me some help asap

Help i need my hair to grow quick?

An inch isn't that much but since you want to grow it out some more, I would recommend doing a couple easy things-

1. buy some Olay vitamins...they're good for skin, hair, and nails.

2. drink at least 8 glasses of water a day

3. and lastly, massage your scalp for 3 minutes, twice a day. I know that sounds funny but it's supposed to increase circulation to the hair follicles.

Good luck!

Help i need my hair to grow quick?

sorry to tell you this but you cant make your hair grow faster..the good thing is that hair usually grows faster in the summer....youre lucky.

Help i need my hair to grow quick?

i know it sounds weird but start taking prenatal vitamins the help your hair and nails grow very fast

Help i need my hair to grow quick?

this is wut i did: at the time my hair was too short to get braided so i went to this store (black store) and bought some unbraided hair and added that onto my real hair and that helped me be able to wear braids..... i left em in for 2 months and took em out bought some more...this time i didnt have to put braids in .....that was in the 8 th grade now im a senior i still do the same thing and i have thick kindo of long hair.... just keep doing this through out the year and it will grow.... :)

Help i need my hair to grow quick?

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.

When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo %26amp; condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

Curly Hair???

What I do when I want my hair to be curly I get my hair wet and put some type of moose in it and srunch my hair up every now and then and to make it stay I use some hair spray and just keep srunching it up every now and then. If your hair is not naturally curly then to keep your hair curly, when its wet use those burett clips I think thats what there called and just use some hairspary and after a while take the clips out and scrunch it. I hope that this helped.

Curly Hair???

hey girl. i have extremely curly hair, and i use the herbal essence totally twisted products. they work anazingly! then, when ur hair is dry, curl it with an iron and then brush it out A LITTLE BIT! u dont want it to look extremly frizzy. then use some herbal essence gel or mousse to tame it.

hope u have a good night!

Curly Hair???

For curls...you gotta try Mixed Chicks products. It is pretty simple. You shampoo, deep condition, then put their leave-in conditioner on your hair wet and air dry. That is it. (http://www.mixedchicks.net)

And if you do iron or blowing a lot. You can skip the air dry step and just put a but of the leave-in on the tips before applying heat.

Keep an eye on this company. They are going to be on the show...Extra in the next few days.

MEN: Do you like natural hair on a black woman?

Unpermed, unstraightened-- either an afro, or twists or braids, or some type of natural look. I wear my hair natural and at first, everyone tried to talk me out of it. I get mixed responses. Some love it while some just stare and like I said, some tried to talk me out of it.

I'm just wondering from men (any race), Do you like natural hair on black women? Does hair texture stop you from dating someone? Honestly.

Thanks

MEN: Do you like natural hair on a black woman?

I say go natural, i'm latin american, I say afro mmh

MEN: Do you like natural hair on a black woman?

good question!! im curious about the responses too!

MEN: Do you like natural hair on a black woman?

That's a good question! I wonder what the answers are gonna be...

MEN: Do you like natural hair on a black woman?

I personally prefer it straightened, but some girls pull off the afro really well. Just depends on her.

MEN: Do you like natural hair on a black woman?

well it depends in what style she really looks good.

but some black woman

are really attractive with their natural hair.

Hair weave/extensions re-usable?

hi, i am thinking about getting a long weave for a change, I usually get braids but it takes to long. I was wondering if the hair can be re used again. I know there are certain types of hair out there that are better than others, if you could name some good ones that would be very helpful.

I have Afro hair

thanks

Hair weave/extensions re-usable?

You are right about the types of hair being different. Synthetic hair (which I don't advise you to use but it is cheaper) should not be used again. It gets matted and is very hard to manage and if you try to wash it it will smell. Now there is human hair which can be washed, but I would only rewash that twice because although you can get longer wear out of it that will start to smell as well. Bottom line

Synthetic= do not wash wear once good luck

Human= use 2x comb out let air dry then get rid of it

Hair weave/extensions re-usable?

When I had hair extensions my stylists used them maybe 2 times before they were no good every 4-5 months. It was nice because I didn't have to pay for new hair every time I wanted a little touch up or if they were looking dull. If you keep them up nicely and don't let them turn into a rats nest then you can reuse them. I don't remember the name of it but I do know that it was human hair that she used on me.

Hair weave/extensions re-usable?

It really depends on if you got the real hair or the fake hair and if you glue it or sew it. If you sew it and get the real hair you can re-use it again, just make sure when you wash it it is completely dry when you wash it! Good luck!

Hair weave/extensions re-usable?

i don't think it would be good to re-use the weave better to get new tracks, i don't wear weave just seen a lotta other girls use it and talk on it

Hair weave/extensions re-usable?

I really don't suggest this unless the hair is still in great condition. Perhaps a few of the old tracks could be doubled up with new ones to create volume and density. Also if you are getting braids the hair is loose, not on a weft. It sounds like you need to order wefts now. These are totally different types of hair. Your tech should be your best source for hair. They have companies that they like for hair and can give you the exact level and tones you want to order.

Hair weave/extensions re-usable?

Cor. Don't be so mean to yourself. Just buy a new one.......thats probably why so many women have such tatty weaves - they've been continually regurgitated!!!!!!

Can any black women offer tips on keeping my hair healthy and still pretty (as always) while im preg

I hear alot of rumors like, no more relaxers...don't wash it often...get braids....and im just such a prick about my hair. It's sooo pretty every since i got pregnant but I do notice I need a touch up more often. some say because it grows while pregnant. I just need some advice, HELP!

Can any black women offer tips on keeping my hair healthy and still pretty (as always) while im pregnant?

I think hair is at it's best while you're pregnant due to the heightened hormones. Your hair grows faster, it's thicker, it's shinier and it's so much you can do to it when it's in that stage. The only problem is after you have the baby, it will shed and return back to it's normal state as your hormone level lowers. I heard alot of the rumors too when I was pregnant but then I asked my doctor and was told that there was nothing wrong with getting a relaxer. And once I heard that, I kept up my normal beauty regimen and my hair stayed healthy and grew longer. So if you decide to continue getting a relaxer, the best option would be to go to your beautician and have HER do your perms. The box perms are nice, but the beauticians have perms that are more professional, don't have to be left on the hair for a longer period of time, and they give longer lasting results. Doctors do advice that women do not dye their hair, but if you feel like you want to add some color to your crown of glory, there are semi-permanent rinses that you can ask your beautician to put on your hair. They are ammonia-free, are totally safe, and last for like seven shampoos. They range in colors from Jet-Black to Honey Blond to Reddish-Red. And if you want everyone to see your hair (and not hide it behind braids) you can always try Twistie's, a Doobie Roller Wrap, Roller Rod Wet-Sets, or a cute Ponytail. Just treat your hair like you normally did before you got pregnant. Wash your hair twice a week, use a moisturizing shampoo, deep condition, and use leave-in conditioner. Just because you're pregnant doesn't mean you have to stop being the hair queen that you are. Girl, rock that hair, sport them cute pregnancy clothes, and enjoy carrying God's gift. Check your shoulders from time to time to make sure there not getting raw from brushing them hata's off too much, okay. :-) Good luck and congrats.

What's a good hair color (highlights) for someone with light/medium caramel skin?

I'm really getting tired of my plain o' dark brown hair. I need change! I'm thinkin' of mixin' things up with a few highlights. What do yall think would be a good color?

I have...

dark brown- big eyes

light caramel skin (think Halle Berry or Alicia Keys)

Mid-back length, currently layered hair. Most of the time its straightened, but sometimes I have braids.

Nothing crazy, please!

And a lil question - anyone mixed with black and white ever gotten highlights? I wanna know if it causes any damage or dryness on this hair type. (Curly in the back, not-totally-straight but somewhat in the front, frizzy everywhere)

Thanks!!!

What's a good hair color (highlights) for someone with light/medium caramel skin?

u wud look soooooo pretty with caramel or almond~!

What's a good hair color (highlights) for someone with light/medium caramel skin?

i think it would look cool to get like a browny red color to bring out ut eyes and really make ur skin pop!! good luck

What's a good hair color (highlights) for someone with light/medium caramel skin?

all over light brown painted. painting is a new hair technique similar to highlights but better and more natural looking. Try not straightening it a few days out of every week and see hoe you like it.

What's a good hair color (highlights) for someone with light/medium caramel skin?

Im mixed with blak and white and i got highlights like 2 months ago and gurl it didnt mess up my hair the way you discribe it your hair is the same as minez so like i would try to go with "abroy blonde" or natural blonde. And gurl change iz a good thing!!!

What's a good hair color (highlights) for someone with light/medium caramel skin?

platinummmmm........looks GREAT on tan skinned people

What's a good hair color (highlights) for someone with light/medium caramel skin?

I think that you should go with honey blonde highlights or if you want to change your hair color completely you should try maybe a deep cherry color (if you're into reds) or a deep copper. or if you want to go lighter, try honey blonde with light-brown highlights.

new hair colors and/or highlights will also bring out your eyes.

Wow. Sounds like you have a pretty nice outfit there. Go for it! However, if you want to stand out, then maybe a fairy is not such a good idea, since many others will likely choose to become fairies.

oh, and as a green garden fairy, green makeup is probably better.

How much would it cost to get my hair hot combed?

After I take my braids out I want someone to hot comb my hair for me.

How much would it cost to get my hair hot combed?

Depends on where you go. A nice one cost $35-$40

How much would it cost to get my hair hot combed?

like 25 dollars...or u could go to a bauty supply house and pay 20 dollars and hott comb ur own hair at home...hot comb actually damages the hair u should buy some cermanic flat irons...they r way better

How much would it cost to get my hair hot combed?

It depends on who you go too. But they're usually not just gonna hot comb. You can do that at home anyway, buy one at a beauty supply store. but if you want that done at a salon it'll be maybe 40-50s AT THE MOST.

How much would it cost to get my hair hot combed?

Lay your head on my ironing board and I'll do it free

Whats a good way to get pretty wavy hair?

A way besides braids because those dont work for me. And my hair wont scrunch at all cause its naturally straight. I want a way to get big waves but i cant find any solutions..Help please :)

Whats a good way to get pretty wavy hair?

I had the same problem and I have just the solution for you!

Materials Needed:

1" Curling Iron

Gel, Hairspray, or Mousse

Your Hands

1st: You part your hair in multiple sections.

2nd: You grab one section, put gel, hairspray, or mousse from the root to the tips of your hair. (mousse works best)

3rd: When your curling iron is hot and ready, take the gelled/hairpsrayed/moussed section and wrap it AROUND the curling iron.

4th: Hold it for about a good 40 seconds, and unwrap the section.

5th: Continue to do the same steps with your other sections.

-- AND YOU'RE DONE!

Make sure you have hair clips nearby so that you can clip the waved sections up so they won't get in your way when you are trying to do the rest. But it turns out really nice, I absolutely love it. It just takes a lot of time. But it's worth it! (:

Whats a good way to get pretty wavy hair?

Rollers, or a wave perm, but if you do a wave perm, your hair will naturally be curly and you will have to maintain it.

Whats a good way to get pretty wavy hair?

Try a light mouse and soft curlers (I like Goody's pillow curlers). Put mousse on slightly damp hair. Divide hair into quarters, clipping the ones you are not working on out of way. Working from back to front curl hair in toward your hair. Dry overnight or with blow dryer on low and then finger comb it out to style, do not use a comb unless you want a fro.

Whats a good way to get pretty wavy hair?

i heard in a magazine that if you put saltwater in a spritz bottle and spray it in your hair, you can get beachy waves, sort of like kate hudson's godess waves.

Whats a good way to get pretty wavy hair?

To be born with it, or try flexi rods.

Whats a good way to get pretty wavy hair?

since its naturally straight this will be easier to do

this process beings at night so yeah...

first take a shower..and then let it dry

wait til it's 89% dry. and then put it in french braids.

leave them like that over night. and in the morning or whenever just put moose. but its your desicion if you want to or not

goodluck!

Whats a good way to get pretty wavy hair?

Use the really big rollers or a large barrel curling iron.

Whats a good way to get pretty wavy hair?

heres wat i do_ at night i will take me shower, then brush my hair and a sloppy bun right square in the middle of my head, wake up in the mornin and finish drying, while you dry make sure u scruch your hair!

Whats a good way to get pretty wavy hair?

ROLLERS ARE YOU BEST OPTION...GOOD LUCK!

Whats a good way to get pretty wavy hair?

hey well if u put it in loose french braids it will come out wavey

Whats a good way to get pretty wavy hair?

i have naturally straight hair 2. wat u culd do is to wash ur hair and after its like 75%ish dry, u can tie it up in different directions and all. and after u sleep in it (hopefully the hairband wont come out :]), u'll have little waves in ur hair. it works for me!

Whats a good way to get pretty wavy hair?

use john frieda wave user. you can go to walgreens, or the beauty supply store.

How should i wear my hair and makeup as a fairy for Halloween?

Im a green garden fairy for Halloween. I have a green silk halter dress and silver wings. I plane on doing my makeup hot and noticable, very un-natural. But not to goddy or over-whelming. I got a sea foam green, ivory, and darker green eayshadow pannel. I also can work with either black or brown eyeliner, prepherably brown. I also have fake eyelashes to work with. As for my hair, i wanted to straighten it considering i have curly hair. Anything further than that im not sure of. Because i have a halter, i proboly don't want and up-do. I was thinking maybey a braided half-up doo. Please comment, and add to my hair idea, also help me with my makeup technique!!!! your helps much appreciated, i've got to look good this Halloween!!

and maybe have your hair just simple, if your having bold bold make up

maybe wavy with a big pretty clip in it?

if you have like a big butterfly clip or something along them lines.

or have your hair in a bun, but don't scrape all hair back , keep fringe out (if you have one)

How should i wear my hair and makeup as a fairy for Halloween?

Wow. Sounds like you have a pretty nice outfit there. Go for it! However, if you want to stand out, then maybe a fairy is not such a good idea, since many others will likely choose to become fairies.

oh, and as a green garden fairy, green makeup is probably better.

How should i wear my hair and makeup as a fairy for Halloween?

I'd suggest straightening your hair and leaving it down.

How should i wear my hair and makeup as a fairy for Halloween?

Wear you hair in a BUN! Like TINKERBELL!

Greasy, Static, Stringy Hair.?

I got striaght blond hair. It gets greasy after about 12hours. It is also very static (But i'm blaming this on our cold winters here in NFLD). It is also very stringy. Its not all together, it looks like each pices of hair is divided into tiny sections like your gtting ready to braid it.

What can i do to it to make the greasy and stringy part of it go away?I must also tell you that ti a little past my shoulders and tangles extremly easily. if i get it even the slightest bit wet, it is a huge thing to get it un-tangled.

I use Got 2 B squeeky clean shampoo and some Got 2 B conditoner becase Squeeky clean doesn't have a conditoner to go with it, and i need that, if i ever want to comb my hair,

Greasy, Static, Stringy Hair.?

Well you should probably change your shampoo to pantene pro-v for damadged hair and i assure you that your hair will look and feel much better. Also you should use products like fructis to take the static away and it decreases the chances of it being greasy. And there are detangaling products also in the fructis.

Greasy, Static, Stringy Hair.?

ask a hairdresser for advice

Greasy, Static, Stringy Hair.?

if it gets greasy that fast then your conditioning your roots. you should use shampoo on the roots and conditioner on the ends and it should stay clean. i only have to wash my hair every 4 days because i dont put conditioner on the roots. grease is natural conditioner so your roots dont need it like the ends of your hair do.

Greasy, Static, Stringy Hair.?

My hair is the same way, what I do is about twice a week I use hair cholsetral, you put it on and ketp the blow dryer on it for about 15 minutes and wash it. Or you could use coconut hair nourishment cream. You apply it after washing your hair and let it dry.

Greasy, Static, Stringy Hair.?

try to not use alot of conditioner it really helps it works for me and don't keep touching and playing with your hair it makes it even more greasy .

Greasy, Static, Stringy Hair.?

newfinland? lol or am i crazy?

anyhoo try aussie cleanse and mend shampoo along with the sidney smooth 3 minute miracle. works wonders. then try the johnson and johnson no more tangles spray. Yeah, Its for babies but that thing is a tangle miracle!!!! it works so good! Then try a anti static paddle brush. They sell them at our local wegmans grocery store. And at walmart.

this should work really good for you because I'm biracial and it works great on me!

Can anyone recommend any good natural black hair care salons in Atlanta, GA?

I'm newly natural and I have no clue what to do with my hair. I wear my hair in an afro from time to time but other than that and braids, I don't know what to do. My former hair stylist only deals with relaxed hair and I stopped going to him a while back when I started to transition. Sweety my side or my hair is coming out?

Well my mama said braids will do the trick just keep wearing the braids and then it will work..

But i don't know.My hair been nappy since last year and i cannot get a perm till after christmas..

Yeah so!!!

Do you think that will work ???

Or what do you think..

I don't want my hair too look ugly and short!!! That's messed up!

:(

I'm scared!!

My hair used to be like medium size and cute but now it's all nappy and short.Everytime they look at my head they be like what's wrong with your hair what did you do to it.

I have an inner breakage and i'm trying to oil it everyday but it's messing up..

I haven't been putting grease in it i started yesterday..

It's just i'm losing my hair on the side!!!

%26lt;3Manny

*Help me , it have been overprocessed. But what is a best hair style that will help it*

Sweety my side or my hair is coming out?

First go to a professional and get some tizillion braids so you won't have to worry about your hair messing up. Next start taking vitamins and vitamin E! fish oil with Omega 3%26amp;6. Keep your hair oiled daily!!Get some Dax hair grease the kind that help your hair grow and stops breakage, and at night get a scarf and keep your hair tied with it and your hair should start growing back strong and healthy.I forgot to add let your braids stay in for about 4 weeks , then take them out and wash your hair with Pantene pro V for black hair and Pantene pro V conditioner for black hair. Don't blow dry your hair let it air dry. You may want to get some leave in spray conditioner the kind you don't have to rinse out like Motions spray hair conditioner. You should start seeing results in about 2 months. Also don't perm your hair it causes breakage and hair damage to keep it from looking nappy just put a little perm around the edges so it won't look nappy. I hope this helps!!!

Sweety my side or my hair is coming out?

What is the question?

Sweety my side or my hair is coming out?

Sweety my side or my hair is coming out?

There is this web site called SISTER LOCKS, they talk about the twists and stuff like that but there is allot of good info about what to put on your hair and what not to do it. Please check it out.I hope it helps you. I would not go to a salon if I were you, they always want to cut,cut ,cut, that isn't what you need. I think you can take care of the problem yourself. Good luck

African American hair..and the gym. Help please?

Alright, so I'm going to get my hair done tommorrow. My hair is usually curly and I keep it in a ponytail or braid. I honestly don't care becasue since it's curly I can go straight ahead and wash it and be done with it. Problem is that I'm getting my hair done, meaning it will be straight. I sweat when I work out (who doesn't?) and if I sweat my hair will be ruined. How should I keep it to lessen how crazy it will turn out?

Also, if your African American and have straight hair..how do you normally deal with it in the gym? How long does the straight last before you have to wash it out and redo it?

African American hair..and the gym. Help please?

Well in regards to the last question i'm african-american wiff a perm. so from the sound of it you're natural (a brave choice.) When i'm in the gym i just wrap it %26amp; put a head scarf on it %26amp; it stays generally straight when i comb it down.

In regards to the first question, wrap it while you're workin' out %26amp; put a scarf on it. It should stay really straitt while you're workin' out. If it doesn't wrap, pull it up into a ponytail or something %26amp; then if it doesn't stay straiit (your edges %26amp; roots i mean) you can flat iron them at home.

Good Luck! Be Blessed.

African American hair..and the gym. Help please?

I know there are wonderful oils that you can use! Having it straight should last a while! Start going too a professional! Also after gym use some more oil! too keep the frizz down! good luck! have fun! :)

African American hair..and the gym. Help please?

when i wore my hair straight i would put it in a bun then tie it down with a scarf and it kept my hair pretty straight after the gym.

What is the best way to keep hair healthy?

I don't use irons much, and but I keep it up and don't wash it enough I think. Any suggestions for keeping it up(I hate wear it down most of the time) besides loose braids(Heard that works good). I do color my hair, but only every six months if even that.

What is the best way to keep hair healthy?

use a shampoo that works best with your hair type

condition is necessary to maintain the moisture too, plus as often

that you can, deep condition is necessary too

use a product to protect your hair if you are going to blow dry or use some irons or too much heat in your hair

a good brush is a must

eating healthy is important too,and take once a week or as often recommended a vitamin, that pretty much will help to keep it healthy,ah!,and trim your hair too to maintain your hair beautiful

What is the best way to keep hair healthy?

wash it more often, comb it after you wash it and if you want it up keep it in a bun or ponytail

What is the best way to keep hair healthy?

eat foods rich in vitamins A and E.. that should do it.. and if you want, you could have it hot oiled every month or so.. brings the natural health and shine back

What is the best way to keep hair healthy?

Eat right. extra cucumbers and carrots (grows it ) Try to stay away from heat. When you do use heat always protect the hair with a product made for heat. Keeping your hair up is a good protection in itself. Wash it minimally every 5 days. Moisturize.

What is the best way to keep hair healthy?

Hair color is persistant, if you color it once you tend to keep coloring it for life, and this is very hard on hair.

Have a good diet, get plenty of exercise and fresh air, and wash your hair as soon as you feel it doesn't look good. You are the best judge. Always wash, rinse, repeat, rinse, condition, rinse.

If you have a dry scalp first wash should be with an antidandruff shampoo, second with a conditioning shampoo like Pantene.

Unless you really hate your natural color, go back to it, and don't color your hair again, your hair will thank you.

What is the best way to keep hair healthy?

It's not good to wash your hair every day, it removes oils that your hair needs. A lot of models only wash their hair every few days because it gets so much wear and tear, and it's easier to get your hair to hold a style the day after washing.

Get regular trims, deep condition once a month or so. Don't use hairdryers all the time. That should help.

What is the best way to keep hair healthy?

well, try washing and conditioning your hair at least once week.also try and go for shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair.

What is the best way to keep hair healthy?

The way to healthy hair is first and foremost the food rich in minerals and protiens, all diary products, milk ,cheese n butter promotes hair growth and eating fruits n nuts and drinking a lot of water helps to keep it supple.

other methods like giving the scalp a hot oil massage, once in a week, applying henna for conditioning, and using the white of an egg together with lemon drops reduces hair fall and makes it look shiny and healthy

What is a good hair length for me to grow my hair?

I want to grow my hair long enough that i can wear it in a low ponytail or braided. Whats a good length for me to grow my hair? By the way im a guy and im 29 years old.

What is a good hair length for me to grow my hair?

Most guys who grow their hair out go fairly short or really long - I would prefer a nice mid back length if you really want to grow it out.. but it's a pain in the butt to maintain just FYI. You will have to wash it with a very good protein enriched shampoo - make sure you always have it brushed with no tangles, because even the slightest tangles sometimes hurt.

btw - if it grows out and you still have the problem with the little curl flip thing get a straightening iron.

What is a good hair length for me to grow my hair?

I would say chin length should do it for a very short braid and a low ponytail, but shoulder length for something that really has good looks and you can braid much easier.

What is a good hair length for me to grow my hair?

down

to

the

ground

What is a good hair length for me to grow my hair?

I think you should grow your hair to your shoulders or to your neck either way some boys look sexy with really long or just long her =].

What is a good hair length for me to grow my hair?

the average persons hair grows at about 6 inches a year, so if you shoot for more of a shoulder blade length, you'd probably be waiting for about 2 years. But there are supliments out there that can help increase the speed of hair growth, vitamin e might be one, but do some research if you choose to take that path, cuz it can cause damage if not done correctly

i wanted to get my hair like this too, and i just put a whole gel on my hands and finger brushed my hair from the roots down. it might not last all day though...

How can I get wavey hair ilke this? Pictures.........?

take a shower, and before your hair completely drys, scrunch it with some herbal essence scrunching gel. you could straighten the bangs to give it that cool laid back look, but let the rest dry wavy

Try a crimper. They have them at Sally's and other department stores like Target.

3 Hair questions?!?

I have 3 questions...

-What product can I use (that's not too expensive!) that I can use to relax my curls just a little and get rid of frizzies so my hair isn't kinky?

-What's a good deep conditioning/repairing hair product that will help moisturize and fix some of the damage in my hair?

-How much are quality extensions that I can either clip in or get "braided" in? And if I did get them attached to my hair, how much would it cost? (I want about 3 or 4 inches of extensions)

whoever answers all the questions the best they can will get the 10 points!

Thanks so much!!!

What are some ways to get natural hair to grow?

so i cut my hair again. which is like the third time in 3 years i'm just really trying to prevent it from being damaged again. my hair is natural and short but i believe if i would have stuck to the dread lock twist i had last year my hair would not be in this situation.....the thing is i'm not comfortable with short hair so as soon as it starts growing i start getting it braided and then something fu*ks it up. what else could i do along with the twist so that it grows quicker....i'm gonna have to be back in them again(not what i have in mind) short hair fits me but i never feel comfortable wtih it though. i always want to find a way to get my hair done differently and that is y now i wish i would have stuck it out so my hair wouldn't be gone now.....any ideas on what i could do to this natural hair of mine so that it stays healthy and grow.

What are some ways to get natural hair to grow?

keep it trimmed every 6-8 weeks. try keeping the blood circulation up in your scalp which helps hair growth. grab your brush, part your hair into small sections and gently brush your hair from the SCALP down every other day or so you should see results from that.

What are some ways to get natural hair to grow?

let it grow

What are some ways to get natural hair to grow?

use miracle grow(the pepper in it helps activate the roots) but when the hair starts to grow switch back to a regular grease. i cut my hair recently cuz it was badly damage. now it's growing back more healthy than i have ever seen it. what i do is wash and treat it regularly and i aim to use every hair product from the same brand( i learned the hard way that mixing brands really don't work....consult a hair technician tho

What are some ways to get natural hair to grow?

OK don't try to put so many chemicals in it because hair needs air to breath and layering it with alot of stuff would way it down. Same goes with the braiding. If you notice when you take the fake hair out it seems that it is more weaker than it was before .Plus with the twistes don't braid it so tightly that pulls the hair. Make sure to use mild water instead of hot, because using water that is too hot strips away the natural protein that your hair already has. Shampoo at least ones a week . Because with black people hair. It tends to start stinking if we go without washing it longer than that. Plus the human hair loses 100 strands of hair on your head a day. so it be best if you do so. Gently massage the sampboo in, don't scratch it in. When you do this the blood circulates and flows in your scalp and allows your hair to breath more. Try massaging your head at least onces a day. Then condition it. To give your hair the moisture it needs. After that but grease that is light weighted. Example: Coconut grease, and rub that on your hair not the scalp. Take a comb and strart to untangle it at the ends gently on up. Its more easy to do when its wet. But don't pull on it! that snaps the hair and cause split ends. Cut the ends of your hair at least onces a month to the split ends from happening. If your hair gets really dry. Buy some hair moisture and put it in as much as the directions tell you to.

French braiding for show and staying braided?

I have a Gypsy mare (draft) with long thick silky mane. I love it, but it is impossible to french braid and keep it that way. I usually have to rebraid it the minute before I go in the ring, and lose half of it by the end of the test.

Within minutes, she pulls half of it out, just by stretching. If I braid it with her head/neck down, it bunches up when her head is normal. If I braid it when her head is normal, our first stretch makes it loose. I have tried several gels and hairspray to no avail- her hair just gets slippier, I think.

Any tips on getting a good mane for show time?

French braiding for show and staying braided?

hairspray, lots and lots of hairspray.

How do i close a sewn in hair weave?

I an doing my hair and I am putting in a weave undernearh is braided and I am at the closeure I am unsure how to close the

weave the hair is straight help

How do i close a sewn in hair weave?

i want you to do this. go to a ethnic salon that have the hair extension on the manikan and take a close look and try to remember it.

now i am going to tell you and put what you saw and what i am typing to you.

you want to continue sewing it in a cirle until the circle get really small. your are circling, feeling, and sewing . once you feel that you have a cirlcle the size of your pinky finger tip...stop... then from where you stop cut the hair extension... now take two inches of hair extension from the track not on your hair but from the package...this is when it get difficult but easy to do with practice....make sure sew the hair you just rolled a couple of time to secure it.... then place the roll up extension into the little hold...but find the center...use one finger to hold it down so that it wont lift award....meanwhile you are using one finger to make the closure flat use your other hand with the needle to sew your closure.

and this is how to do a closure. if you dont want to do all this work you can buy them too, but it cost. so just practice practice practice, and you will get it.

I need a protective hairstyle for short hair?

I am in the process of growing out my hair and in the back it is just barely touching my neck. I would like a protective hairstyle for this length and I'm at a loss for a style. A ponytail is out of the question because my hair is too short and I can't get any braids for at least a week. Any ideas?

Is femi a good brand of human hair?

I want to get micro braids and I want a good type of human hair that will not get tangled. Is femi a good brand?

Is femi a good brand of human hair?

Haven't heard of that brand.

But as long as the hair is human hair and not synthetic, it won't get tangled. As synthetic is plastic.

And if its Indian, European, Remy (untouched by strong dyes), it should be very good quality.

If i want to make my short-medium length hair wavy/curly should I do loads or braids or loads of pla

Braids and plaits are the same thing. Anyway... if you braid your hair it will end up wavy not curly. Put a bit of styling product on before you do it or the hair will tend to get frizzy when you take out the braids.

If i want to make my short-medium length hair wavy/curly should I do loads or braids or loads of plaits?

Aren't they the same thing?

If i want to make my short-medium length hair wavy/curly should I do loads or braids or loads of plaits?

eight will make nice waves if you do a lot it will look like crimping. plat your hair tightly, then soak it then leave them in overnight to dry. don't brush your hair or it will go frizzy

(make sure the plats start at the scalp)

If i want to make my short-medium length hair wavy/curly should I do loads or braids or loads of plaits?

well i have medium long hair and what i do is once im out of the shower and have my hair still wet i usually put it in a bun. but you would need to take a shower at night b/c by the morning it will be wavy.

braids are also a good choice but it may create your hair to be a little bit over wavy ... maybe do loose braids to create a more natural wavy look.

hope this helps : ]
