Greasy, Static, Stringy Hair.?

I got striaght blond hair. It gets greasy after about 12hours. It is also very static (But i'm blaming this on our cold winters here in NFLD). It is also very stringy. Its not all together, it looks like each pices of hair is divided into tiny sections like your gtting ready to braid it.

What can i do to it to make the greasy and stringy part of it go away?I must also tell you that ti a little past my shoulders and tangles extremly easily. if i get it even the slightest bit wet, it is a huge thing to get it un-tangled.

I use Got 2 B squeeky clean shampoo and some Got 2 B conditoner becase Squeeky clean doesn't have a conditoner to go with it, and i need that, if i ever want to comb my hair,

Well you should probably change your shampoo to pantene pro-v for damadged hair and i assure you that your hair will look and feel much better. Also you should use products like fructis to take the static away and it decreases the chances of it being greasy. And there are detangaling products also in the fructis.

if it gets greasy that fast then your conditioning your roots. you should use shampoo on the roots and conditioner on the ends and it should stay clean. i only have to wash my hair every 4 days because i dont put conditioner on the roots. grease is natural conditioner so your roots dont need it like the ends of your hair do.

My hair is the same way, what I do is about twice a week I use hair cholsetral, you put it on and ketp the blow dryer on it for about 15 minutes and wash it. Or you could use coconut hair nourishment cream.You apply it after washing your hair and let it dry.

try to not use alot of conditioner it really helps it works for me and don't keep touching and playing with your hair it makes it even more greasy .

anyhoo try aussie cleanse and mend shampoo along with the sidney smooth 3 minute miracle. works wonders. then try the johnson and johnson no more tangles spray. Yeah, Its for babies but that thing is a tangle miracle!!!! it works so good! Then try a anti static paddle brush. They sell them at our local wegmans grocery store. And at walmart.
